 HEY KIDS! It's contest time again! This time with a Coen Bros. twist! (A Coen-Test?)
The rules are simple and the prize is a doozie.

THE RULES:
- Download a blank Pally Pal template.
- You MUST use one of the Coen Brothers movies as inspiration as you design your papertoy.
- Print out, assemble and photograph your new papertoy character.
- If it isn't obvious - please note which Coen movie was your inspiration.
- Submit the photo + the art files by 11:59pm cst February 28th, 2010.
- ALL entries will be posted as they come in on the Pally Pal site and will forever be available for download.
- Everyone is welcome to enter - no matter where in the world you live.
- Enter as many times as you wish.
- The winning entry will be chosen by a secret panel of several fair minded judges and announced on this site March 2nd, 2010.
- No purchase necessary!
- The winning prize is 24 custom printed t-shirts. (a $400+ value!)
- The winner will get to pick the design they want on the t-shirts.
- The t-shirts will be the winner's choice of Gildan ringspun or American Apparel in whatever fabric color they wish.
- The printed design will be in one location on the t-shirt only and can have up to 3 ink colors in the design.
- The t-shirts will be printed & shipped within one business week after finalizing all the t-shirt info required.
